  1. Be confident while giving any ans. n look all the persins stiiting in the interview pannel.

  2. Be able to talk about yourself and past careers for 3 minutes.

Create an acronym to help you do this. Many employers will ask you to tell them about yourself. They do not want to know about your family and pets. They want to know that you are responsible and how your skills will benefit them.

  8. Hello there. :)

Preparation will help you feel more comfortable during the interview.

A few things to do prior to the interview - and you'll perform beautifully...

    #1: Research the company.

Yes, this is done before, and not during - the interview. However, if you know what the company does, you can bring this information with you INTO the interview!

Make sure you know the mission of the company (if it's a large company with a website, the mission is listed on the website - it this info. is not available, then use a quote from the company president), and a few facts about the company as well.

Once you know this information, take some notes about the company into the interview with you!! When asked "So, Ms. Smith, what do you know about us??" OR "Do you have any questions about us, Ms. Smith?" You can respond with, "Yes, I've done some research on your company, and have brought some notes about your company with me". Then you just read off the page...and ask some questions...

#2: Have questions ready for the interviewer.

    And write them down!

It's amazing to me how many people DON'T have questions prepared for the interviewer.

    But guess who will? YOU.

Prepare five questions for the interviewer.

    Here are a few....

    * How do you like working here?

    * I like what I've heard so far. what's a typical day like in the life of someone who does this job?

    * Are there opportunities for promotion in this company?

    and so on......

#3: Do NOT(!) discuss salary before the interviewer.

The interviewer will bring salary up before you do if they are interested in you.

If the interviewer mentions salary, they will do so like this...

"So Ms. Smith, how much money are you looking for"

You should say, "I'd prefer to discuss salary later, if that's ok."

Do NOT discuss salary until the interviewer forces you to.

Those are a few tips. If you follow them, you'll be ahead of the curve.

    Good luck!

  9. The very first thing you should remember is the the way you walk into the room...your body language tells a lot about your personality..secondly, you should be loud n clear enough to be audible by all...some more qualities you must show include your confidence, your knowledge, your abilty to answer something in the best possible way...just remember you are being watched by all the persons each time you speak a word...rest its all your luck...all the best...

  10. Be honest.

I strongly believe that giving bookish and diplomatic answers only bug the interviewer. By being candid and honest, it would create a good impression in the interview. Second most important thing - predict a few obvious questions based on your profile, and prepare the answers to them mentally.
