How do i make a homemade punching bag?

im getting into kickboxing. My mom will enroll me. I want to get a little tougher before i enroll though. I need to make a homemade punching bag that a 14 yearold is capable of making. Please help.

Easy.  Just get married.  Ok ok just kidding don't thumbs down that.  Get a huge army duffel bag from an army surplus store and tightly fill it with packing foam
