How do i make a moving background on youtube?

I wanted to know because i know how to make a regular background on youtube but not sure how to make it move i want ont of joe jonas any websites where i can save the moving backgrounds?

Most moving images are GIF's, which you would save just like any other image. They work the same way. If you want to make one yourself out of a series of pictures or something, you would need a program like Adobe Photoshop or Gimp.

On Gimp, you can put each image on a seperate layer, and combine them to make an animation.
