How do i make a music video , with a picture in the background and music over the top?

i want to make a dance video for youtube but im not sure how could you help me?

Use movie maker. If you are using a PC it should be hiding in the Applications under Start

Get used to that

Make your video

Then Save movie file and upload onto you tube ; )

To put pictures in, just drag and drop!

C/start.....all programs.....windows......check to see if you have....WINDOWS MOVIE MAKER or WINDOWS DVD MAKER....and follow on from there
