How do i make a pic with text over it save as one thing?

im trying to make something i made in microsoft office word into a bumper sticker and after i put text over the pic i couldnt make them save as one thing i am so frustrated please help me!!!

I don't know how to do it in Microsoft Word, but one way to do this would be to do a screen capture when you've got the bumper sticker displayed. Doing that would save it as a jpg picture file.
