How do i make a picture with text over it?

like the pictures with the jonas brothers, that have jonas written over them .

Depends on what you have in my school I could right click and then I would get these options and then (but you need to click on the pic when you do this) then it would show me some boxes then you can pick to have text over the pic.

It has many tools that will allow you to edit your picture exactly how you'd like!

It has some great text features too!
