  1. use pictures, be creative

  2. My number one rule - less is more!

The presentation is about photography. I'd try to stick to using nothing but full frame pictures - let your speech make the point that you're making.

If you need to put words up, just do titles, no long bullet points - 'In the darkroom" "Color vs black and white" "Modern photography"...

If it's about technique, you could use side by side pictures of good technique and bad technique.

  3. You will need a suitable powerpoint templates go get one in http://www.thepowerpointtemplates.info/

Then, you have to focused on your topic. Make bullets in presentation to specify your ideas.

Don't use too much slides as the audiences will suffer to "Cognitive Overload"

    I hope it will help

  4. The main thing to remember with powerpoint presentations is that YOU are the one presenting the information, not your powerpoint. Whatever you put on your powerpoint, make sure it is brief and important. The audience should be focusing on you 80% of the time and the powerpoint 20% of the time. There are some fun backgrounds, fonts (try WordArt), and actions to use to keep it interesting.

  5. Use PowerPoint templates, add animations, transitions and music to your PowerPoint presentations.
