You can, of course, just point them to the U-verse web sight ( http://uverse.att.com ) or have them call 1 800 ATT 2020.

However, if you want to make an referral and you are an AT&T customer you can also go to http://www.attreferrals.com/ for AT&Ts "AT&T Reward for Referrals" program.

Finally, if your friend is a bit less technically aware than you are, may I suggest you just sit with them and look at the U-verse web sight.   There always seem to be "web-only" specials, so you may save them some money.  And the act of giving advice and guidance as a trusted friend can be very rewarding itself.
