How do i make a second level for a guinea pig cage.?

Even a big dog crate will not have the necessary floor space. Are you familiar with C&C cages. These are perfect, and very cheap to make.

Otherwise, you can add a level which must be solid, and add a long ramp to it. For the level, you can use the same materials used to make C&C cages. They attatch very easily. You should also add some barrier so the piggy cannot slip and fall from the level.

you can buy some great add ons

plastic floorings that just slot in the corners on the bars that are quite good as you could add many layers

there is ramps etc that are all great and cheap
