How do i make a silab server if you help ill give you co owner!!!

i really do no know how to make a silab server and if you help me ill give you co owner :) please help me cause i want to make a server to get away from all of the rules that other servers have and to just be able to do what ever i want and if you help me you can have co owner :) then you wont have to deal with the stupid rules that most all servers have so with ur help we can make a really good server :p

Wow..sorry i cant help but i used to play CO .. the new stupid rules ruined the game, hope there wont be any type of rules in ur server like in the current CO.
