How do i make a smoothie without using yogurt??

i want to be able to make smoothies at home but i don't want to use yogurt in it *don't ask*. Can anyone help me?

    here is a recipe (its my favourite)

    1 cup of strawberries

    1/2 cup of banana

    1/4 cup of pine apple

    1/4 cup of orange juice

    1/3 cup of milk

    blend 'em all in a blender and serve

    you can add more of strawberries or bananas depending on what  you like

    by the way i hate using yogurt in smoothies i think if i use it in a smoothie it just tastes like flavoured yogurt so what the point

  3. Here's my breakfast smoothie:

    1 cut up frozen banana

    1 cut up peeled frozen seedless orange

    2 or 3 frozen strawberries or pineapple chunks

    1/2 tsp vanilla flavor

    1/2 tsp sugar

    1 tablespoon honey

    6 ice cubes

    1 cup skim milk

    Put it all in the blender till smooth.

  4. two words: frozen bananas. Freeze all of the fruit, in fact, and add a little water. throw in a blender.

  5. frozen fruit and juice is great.  for a little more substance i use protein powder and frozen fruit.

    Berry Smoothie-  

    INGREDIENTS

    1 cup milk

    1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries

    1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries

    3 tablespoons sugar

    1 cup ice cubes

    DIRECTIONS

    Place the milk, berries and sugar in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Add ice cubes; cover and process until smooth.

    Basic Smoothie-

    INGREDIENTS

    1 quart strawberries, hulled

    1 banana, broken into chunks

    2 peaches

    1 cup orange-peach-mango juice

    2 cups ice

    DIRECTIONS

    In a blender, combine strawberries, banana and peaches. Blend until fruit is pureed. Blend in the juice. Add ice and blend to desired consistency. Pour into glasses and serve.

    Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie-

    INGREDIENTS

    1 cup milk

    1/2 cup rolled oats

    1 banana, broken into chunks

    14 frozen strawberries

    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar

    DIRECTIONS

    In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries. Add vanilla and sugar if desired. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

    Energy Smoothie-

    INGREDIENTS

    1 (8.3 ounce) can citrus flavored energy drink (e.g. Red Bull™)

    2 cups frozen strawberries

    DIRECTIONS

    In the container of a blender, combine the energy drink and frozen strawberries. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Add some water if blending is difficult. Pour into 2 big glasses.

  7. ice, milk, frozen concentrated fruit juice & sweetener. just blend in short bursts in the blender. crushed ice works best.
