How do i make a system restore disk for XP Pro???

I just upgraded my home desk top with XP Pro and would like to make a restore disk just in-case my system crashes can anyone explain in detail on how to do this?

  1. use Ghost to create one image, burn it to a bootable DVD with the ghost application.
