How do i make a video shorter?

i have a .mgp video that is too long to upload to photo bucket where can i make it shorter by taking out the parts i dont want? i dont have windows movie maker

You should just download windows movie maker and you can do that easily. Or just search other free video editors.

This link is where to dowload movemaker for XP... if you don't have XP go to Google and type in Windows Moviemaker Download for ----- your type of computer. Good luck! moviemaker will let u manually edit the video
