Craft stores sell floral supplies for ppl who do their own wedding flowers and other arranging. You just get a wrist corsage base and mount your flowers.

It would be lengthy to type it all out.  I suggest using Michael's website, they usually have step-by-step instructions.  I made a couple for my wedding, but I didn't follow any instructions, they aren't difficult at all.  Have fun.

I wouldn't recommend wearing one of those on the volleyball court. You're liable to get your hand caught in the net and hurt yourself.
