How do i make an 8.5x11 in. piece of paper stand 2m high for 10 seconds?

i can cut the paper in any way, and i am allowed 50 cm of tape that i can cut and use where i like. what is the most efficient way to make this paper stand tall

Well, depending on how specific the rules are, you can:

Cut and tape it so it's 2m long, then tape it to something that's 2m off the ground.

I had a couple of other ideas, but I don't think they'll work.

if this assignment is kind of like a riddle, keep the paper intact, find a platform that is 2m high, and fold it so it stands on that platform for 10 seconds...its a trick
