How do i make an animated comment???

you know those comments you can copy and paste on peoples profiles on myspace?? some of them are animated... do you know how i can do that?? i want to make some of my own comments.... please and thank you people!!! :D

there are options to make gif drawings, or use videos converted to gif format, and combining your video or photos with animates art and save or convert to gif formats,

so for basic you could draw images in paint, and combine/ stitch/ compile in gif animator,
