  1. Nothing will be able to completely mask the smell. However, there are a few things you can try...

Shove a few dryer sheets int a toilet paper/paper towel tube, then rubber band one over the end, and blow smoke into this: It will come out smelling mostly like fresh, clean clothes!

Smoke right near a window: This will usually help to draw some smoke out the window

Odor Neutralizer: NOT something to cover up the smell: Don't spray cologne all over, it doesn't help. Something like oust or febreeze, that removes odors.

Consider burning incense: It masks the smoke smell, and they  come in all sorts of scents... Flowers, bakery products, rain, spices...

Or, I know you'll hate me for saying this, but... Quit: If you're not smoking, you can't get caught

  2. Clove and bergamot oils in and oil burner.

A small bowl of vinegar placed in your room will help neutralise smells.

  3. I think an exhaust fan's the best bet.
