How do i make an rpg website? I NEED HELP!!?

So I just baught a website. www.thefinalage-rpg.com i baught it from Freewebs i want it to be a browser based game!! How?!!? I want it so when you sign up that you can log in.. and i want to be able to put battles... PLEASE HELP ME... It was 40 dollars... and i don't have much... please help me!
