From scratch, you will need a good cupcake recipe, which I do not have. Make them according to the directions. Let them cool and then make (pre-made icing is almost always better than homemade though) icing in the colors you want. ice the cupcakes with the base color icing. Then take a ziploc bag and pour the icing into it. Cut off the corner of the bag but make sure not to make a big hole so that you can pipe the icing onto the cupcakes to make the faces. Then enjoy!

Looks like fondant used as icing. As for the eyes and such it is just icing - that's it.

You Need

. Already made vanilla or chocolate cup cakes

. butter cream iceing

. food coloring ( Black)

. a butter knife

. hair dryer that does cool dry

Directions :

. frost white iceing on the cake with knife. use hair dryer to flatten the iceing so there is no creases.

. then mix black food coloring with the left over iceing and create your pic on it

Buy a cake mix from the store, fill the cupcakes 3/4 of the way full. Bake them, cool them and then cover them with white icing and put little faces on them like the pic. Hope this helps!

well first just find a cupcake recipe.and then use white frosting.

then you can use black frosting (you can get black food coloring) and then make the face on it. and then use pink frosting to make the pink dots.

And how you can do that is you put the frosting in a ziploc bag and make sure its sealed shut and then cut a little hole in bottom corner of the bag and then squeeze out the amount you want..

bake the cupckaes then put whit icing on it a buy the small icings that are black and pink and draw the faces on with the icing
