How do i make group in to a beta group?

how dou yoy cnvert a old yahoo group to a yahoo group Beta?

There was an announcement that came out about a month ago letting owners know that the new features for Yahoo Groups Beta was coming and then it showed at the bottom of that announcement the list of groups the owner owns.  If they had more than one they could pick and choose which groups they wanted to have the Beta tested on by using check marks.

Well, about that time after I chose which of my groups I wanted to be the test case for the Beta and was waiting to see what happened with the announcement all the groups were converted over.

I would also recommend contacting a Yahoo Groups customer service representative to see if they have added additional features to help convert old groups to the new format.

there is no option to do this. yahoo isn't converting old groups into beta's just yet and it'll probably take more than  a year for beta to be ready. beta test groups don't even have all the groups features available either
