How do i make him stop?

ok so im in year nine in high school

there is this really annoying kid

ok this is what he does in music he sites behind me and kicks my chair i tell him to stop but he just wont. i tryed pinching his legs and moving forward but the teacher said move the desk back

i'm to embarrasses to tell the teacher what his doing. but thats not all he trys to play with my hair and take out my bobby pins i tell him to stop and some times tell him to **** off and i some times say get the *** away u fuking fat head. and he just laughs he always trys to steal my water bottle and obvcause i say no stop it u r****d and he don't stop he trys to lock me in the guitar room he tryd stealing my ******* seat in school he takes my books he does lots of stupid stuff i tryed kicking him in the nuts and punching him but it doesn't hurt him

or if you don't want to tell the teacher that he's bothering you can use another excuse to move like i can't see the board or i can't focus in this seat

or try ignoring him . . . he wants your attention; good or bad

If you really wanted him to stop you would stop calling him names and trying to hit him that is considered a form of flirting,you ask for what you are getting.What you should be doing is saying in a very firm voice I have told you to stop and what you are doing is harrassment and illegal,now either you stop from right now or I go imediately and tell the teacher and then the principle.There is a way to do everything.Its up to you.

as they have already said, he definitely has a crush.  maybe you could tell him that your parents don't let you date, so hes wasting his time....sorry.  then maybe he'll give up without being terribly hurt.  if not then you'll have to rat him out.  good luck

just move to another seat and ignore him. that is what i do to ppl (people) i dont like. i say leave me alone, and if that doesnt help then ignore him, he will eventally leave you alone sooner or later.

If he doesn't stop, I suggest you do tell the teacher, because then it won't be embarrassing for you, it'll be embarrassing for him.
