How do i make it better?

i have a video uploading thing and it works like i can upload videos fine. but they turn out real laggy. how do i fix that and make it normal? im so angry please help me! thank you.

I don't know what you mean by "laggy" - there's no network delay.  Are the audio and video out of synch?  Do the images look pixelated or fuzzy?
