How do i make my apt more homier? its small ,cluttered, and live alone.

First , eliminate clutter. If you cant throw things away then get a serious of lidded baskets or boxes to store things in, That will warm it up alot.

Put pictures ont eh wall, peopel tend to not hang things if they are a renter but I can make a house look like a home with just a few pictures

Add some nice cozy trhow pillows and blankets to your couch.

Paint the walls a nice warm color and hang some drapes...

Fist and foremost CLEAN EVERYTHING.  I'm talking hardcore cleaning day.  Clutter's no fun.

Take the time to think about how you really want your apartment to look.  Make some sketches if you want.

Then reorganize everything to your liking.  

Sort through your old junk and find what you no longer need or want and sale it, get rid of it, give it to goodwill, whatever.

Maybe it's time for some new artwork, posters, furniture, or something?

Get creative! It's your apartment! :)

Get rid of the clutter.  Use a few rather large accent pieces.  Each piece of furniture must have storage in it - side tables with drawers, entertainment center with enclosed storage, ottoman with storage, etc.  Have table lamps and floor lamps.  Furniture should have legs and no fabric all the way to the floor.  Large mirror on a wall to reflect light around the room.

Well I would say if you are a guy, maybe add some sports wall hangings. Make it look manly of course.. but if you are a female I would fix it up really pretty with Pillows, Rugs, furniture throws. Lace doilies on the table, which are coming back in style.. Use your imagination. I am sure what you decide will look great, and if you can

paint, paint pretty colors, I have borders on my walls midway down going across in parts of the living room., to help accent the colors..Have fun, and hope you like your finished project.. :)

Do you mean your son left the nest, or that your boyfriend left?

In the former case, I'd say put up pictures of him so you can remember.
