How do i make my camcorder a webcam?

OK i bought a Jazz Camcorder and it says it can be a webcam but I dunno how to make it one Help

Check to see if there is any software that came with the camera to allow that. But most cameras when you go into the menu go to usb settings and it will have usb mass storage device and webcam select webcam and it will connect as a webcam
