  1. It already is.  No one sees your name or anything when you buy or sell, except the people you actually enter into a transaction with.

    Your name and other information are hidden from everyone else.  Unless you used your name as your user ID, which is really not a smart thing to do.  If so, go to My eBay > Personal Information, and change it.
