just curl the bottom. or dry it with a round brush.

Put some moose in it and then blow dry your hair up side down with a curling brush at the ends so that it curls in

maybe a curling iron and some good holding hairspray

maybe when your hair is still wet blow dry it but with a 360 brush comb it down your hair and curl it up at the tips like Mitchel's hair. his hair is also thick but you could try to volumize it up!

First..one question, do you straighten your hair?

If yes, you dont need to becasuse the picture that you are attempting to look like, the guys hair has more body than your hair, you could go to walmart or wherever and get a product that is a "root lifter" or something to spray in your hair before you blow-dry it that gives it body. when drying your hair do not brush it straight, blow-dry your hair upside down.
