How do i make my hair non frizzy?

my hair is pretty frizzy and i always have to use tons of gel or hairspray to make it non frizzy.. any suggestions to make it non frizzy without using a whole lot of gel or hairspray?

If you use a leave-in conditioner then you should be able to use less gel and hairspray in it.

I have very curly hair and go through the same thing. If you are anything like I was you have gotten to the point where you are putting on tons of gel and/or hair spray. I wanted hair that felt very soft, didn't leave my hair frizzy and was able to blow in the wind (Yeah, I know it sounds cheesey) Sun Silk has a line of products for curly/wavy hair. you can use alot of conditioner and LESS shampoo becaus shampoo dries out ur hair.

also putting gel and hairspray helps and mousse too =)
