Truth is that you really can't. All you can really do is make your hair healthier. Wash and condition your hair. Take prenatal vitamins if you really want to - you can get some without a prescription, I believe, but I'm not one hundred percent sure. You could try that Mane N Tail stuff, it strengthens you hair.

Get your hair trimmed every couple of weeks to get rid of your split ends. Other than that, there's not much else! Good luck!
