Bronzer? That gives a glow.. And make sure you get the correct colour foundation match for you, when your in the shops test out the testers.

Also using liquid foundation then powder foundaton helps me.

bare minerals powder foundation with glee all over face powder to accent the cheeks and give the extra glow.

add foundation that maches your skin tone then add some lighter foundation which is lighter that your skin tone under your eyes. then add more of your skin tone foundation under your eyes... this helps with dark circles, which most people have..add bronzer and some glow bronzer. not too much though!
