so it wont allow blocked or private callers?

i pay for it.

i remmber one time i saw there was a number to trun it off and on does anyone know it?

call your local phone company!

use *77...which is ACR!! anonymous call rejections

and to turn it off its *78...if you pick-up the phone and you hear a stutter-tone, then you know its activated!!
