me and my friend wanna make a website and its gonna b off the chain but we dont kno were we can make it. can u give me a site that doesnt incluse money or downloading software?

Try Microsoft Office Live Small Business, you can get a free website - http://snipurl.com/3803z . It has a free design tool that allows you to create web pages without coding. It has no ads and has 500mb of web space. MS is giving a free domain name for the 1st year. No need to download anything.

Try using the Google page creator. It's pretty easy to use.

Just go to http://pages.google.com. Your website will be somethingorother.googlepages.com/pagenam...

Once you make that, check out http://freedomain.co.nr

to make a domain name. (This is so that someone can type somethingorother.co.nr (like a web address) and it will redirect them to your page so they don't have to know the full page address. All of that is free and relatively easy to use. If you are more serious, try learning HTML (http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.as... and then go to http://www.freewebs.com and make your own completely personalized webpage. Good luck!
