like on deviant art, you can make anime and all of that. But how? and are their any other websites i can try and make an anime character on?

well i'm on deviantart and u don't make ur character like with a program or stuff

u have to create ur character and do drawings about him/her and then upload them there...

if u wanna create ur character, like you

then just think about things that u like and that, it has not to b identic to you, i mean, if u r blonde, then the character doesn't have to have blond hair.
