Wow... You're asking a little bit more of a question than you think.  

This is the best advice I can give you:  Tinker with it.

Somehow I doubt that there are many users of this software on Yahoo Answers.  We'd have to learn how to use the software, and then explain in text how to compose with it.

The software probably isn't that difficult to use, but explaining how to compose with it would easily be more than a few paragraphs.

Sorry I don't have a good answer for you.
