How do i make my own site like Howrse???

i want to make a free online horse game site of my own that is a bit like howrse.com =] but i have no idea how to any answers??????

You'll need knowledge of HTML and other types of coding.

You'll probably need cash too if you want a .co.uk/.com domain name.

You'll also need Flash or any other different products depending on what type of game you want to make. I don't know what Howrse is so...
