how do i make my phone number show up as 0000000000 when im calling someone,Since im getting them i think its only fair

Umm I know how to block it out but not make it appear like that..where you calling from? I live in OK and when i want to block my number from my cell phone..there is a option "send my number" on/off and I click "off" but when using a landline you can *67 the call to block you phone #.
