my phyco aunt keeps calling us and pretending to be with the NIU police.....

i want to call them at 3am, but i want to make my # unknown.

we unhook our phones after 10 that gives us a peaceful nights sleep. we have voicemail so if anyone calls we get the messages when we rehook the phones the next day. we have a friend that calls us when she gets drunk at night. she called us from ny to come and get her from the police station,(we are in fl) at 2 in the morn.  calling back will just make things worse. is there a uncle or family you can let them know what she is doing.
