How do i make my pics change color? (animated)

i want certain things in my pics to change color (thru all the colors like red orange blue purple etc.)

You can use the GIMP image program to create animated gifs.  Essentially, what you will want to create is a series of copies of the image with the colours changed in some of them.  GIMP is free and is downloadable from

I haven't personally done any animations with GIMP, but I have used it for a number of other things and while there is a bit of a learning curve, it is very powerful and there are loads of tutorials online to run you through pretty much anything you'd want to do (I just google GIMP with a short phrase detailing what I want to do).
