How do i make my pictures smaller?

okay so in my hero's section i have pics of my friends the only problem is they are HUGE how do i make the actual picture smaller?

1. Open mspaint.exe

2. Click the image tab near the top

3. Click resize/skew

4. Resize it!

or when u post the pic it will ask u if u want tto resize or when u go to my pics u will see the edit button u can do what ever u want
