  1. brass knuckles

  2. snap snap snap.  the hardeset punches are the ones you snap.  most people feel it is the ones you follow all the way through with, but the snaps prove to be harder.

  3. Here's the real deal:

1: Keep them short - the shorter distance your punch has to travel, the more impact/power it will retain.  Wild looping punching lose steam the longer it takes you to throw them.  If you're throwing hooks, uppercuts or overhand shots, keep a tight angle.  Your power is generated from your shoulders and hips, so keep your arms as close to your body as you can while you punch.

2: Turn into them - again, power is mainly generated from your feet, hips and shoulders, not your arms.  So put your body into your shots.  Make sure you follow thru.

3:  Practice, practice, practice.  Ever heard of muscle memory?  That means if you're tired, if you've practiced throwing enough hard shots, your body will remember how to throw hard punches, if though you don't feel like you can.  Like my old basketball coach used to say, "Practice doesn't make perfect.  Perfect practice makes perfect."

  4. snap them faster so that the energy you deliver doesn't rebound in your fist. think the law of motion. you can do more dmage if all the force is concentrated and not spread out. also aim at sensitive fleshy places.

  5. Keep working at the punch bag and after a hard session put your hands in ice.

  6. punch them in the balls
