  1. tell it you love it..then throw it in a pot and you will have a lovely bowl of wabbit stew...

  2. If you're too scared to touch your pet, maybe you're not old enough to have one.

The only way to tame or bond with a rabbit is to spend lots and lots of time with it. Talk to it, show it affection, prove to it you're not going to hurt it by being kind. Feed it properly, look after its health, and most of all, get an adult to help you!

  3. You must be very careful because rabbits get frightened. I was lucky when I was young because my rabbit for some reason loved to sit in a bucket with his head sticking out and front paws dangling over the edge. I could then stroke his head so he got used to the contact. That is the problem, your rabbit has to get used to contact and human hands. He needs to learn to trust and he does that by seeing that human hands never hurt him. If you can give him strokes on his back without holding him then that is a good start. But you should always do it with mum or dad being with you.

  4. Check out the House Rabbit Society for lots of info on training and socialization.  Since you are young, I'd start at http://www.rabbit.org/faq/sections/child...

  5. pick it up gently. If it bites leave it alone, Then try again later.

Maybe let him sniff your hand (my rabbit did that in the begining)(It takes time for them to warm up to people)

  6. The best way to start getting a rabbit used to being handled is to feed it a piece of vegetable or fruit by hand. After a while it will feel comfortable with this and it can then be stroked whilst it is feeding.

There will be times when there is a need to pick up the rabbit and once the rabbit is happy that there is nothing to fear, and accepts being stroked it will usually accept being picked up carefully. This is best done by placing one hand under the chest and placing the other arm over the body of the rabbit and under its bottom, supporting its hind legs and then lifting the rabbit. A rabbit should never be lifted by its ears and shouldn't be lifted too high as if it wriggles and falls it may injure itself.

Once a rabbit has been lifted it should be held against the handler's body or the handler should sit with the rabbit placed on their lap.

  7. block him into a room or if its an outdoor rabbit then get a playpen or something where he is in close proxmitiy with you and cant espace and then bringhim in there and sit down and let him run around bring is carrots and vegetables and places then near you and in your lap and let him come to you and climb on you until you both begin to feel comfortable

  8. give it food from ur hand and then try later
