How do i make my scorpion better?

  1. I would say stretch more. Do some bridges/back bends and try getting your hands as close as possible to your feet. When you're in a bridge and you're upside down looking at your hands, walk your hands toward your feet until you feel it stretching. Hold that for 30 seconds.

    Its mainly back flexibility.


  2. PSH! thats like, really good already. like better than some that ive seen. and the ones i saw were like, really good, your's is awesome!!!

  3. it's pretty good already , but stretching a little more and maybe making a little tighter would help it , you look a little bit in pain and a little off balance , just practice , practice makes perfect :]

  4. if you stretch your back more it will help you also stretch your shoulders .

    to get your leg higher and straight grab lower and pull up it will hurt but i went through the same thing, but now i have a needle point(straight leg scorpion)
