crest white strip do a great job! when whitening don't worry too much about the molars worry more about the front teeth. i always make sure that i brush them really good with a whitening tooth paste. i recommend you do a quick whitening with white strips and them make a habit of making sure your front teeth are very clean. take your time and develop a routine

BAKING SODA!! Sounds insane I know, but its cheap and effective!

Get about a tablespoon of baking soda and add some water. You want to create a pasty mixture in like either a small cup or the palm of your hand. Dab your toothbrush in the baking soda paste and start brushing your teeth. DO NOT BRUSH YOUR GUMS! You will irritate them and bleeding might occur. So just brush the front of your teeth especially those "doggy ones" because they can get really yellow.

Then brush your teeth with your regular toothpaste and such and rinse with mouthwash. You should see a huge difference!! DON'T BRUSH W/ BAKING SODA EVERYDAY!! You don't want to brush off your enamel. Start off maybe once a week and then do the routine once a month.
