How do i make my yahoo 360 page visible?

I do not have the option in the Edit My Info page to make it visible.

Last week a user had the same problem you are encountering, he also couldn't see the link to make his 360° page visible. Here's what you can do to bypass the problem: go to your profile, click "edit my info", scroll down to the "about me" box at the bottom, enter the link to your 360° page in that box, click "preview" and then okay. Whatever you entered in that box will then be displayed right underneath the avatar in your profile!
