How do i make nascar paint schemes?

OK well I;m Into NASCAR Big time, I want to be able to design my own paint schemes for my own use. I do have Adobe Photoshop CS2 but I'm still learning how to use it so is there a program or something that will let me design my on schemes? any help would be appriciated.

go to ea.com go to the nascar 09 web page and download the template if you also wana see it togeter they have a program there u can download but it didint work for me if it dosent work buy nascar 09 and if you dont have ps3 or xbox 360 i think u can use the ps2 version but check first
