How do i make necklaces like this??

The plastic used to make that is acrylic, they probably used a CAD (computer aided design program) to design it and then cut it with a laser. Not a hand held one, a $1000 or up machine. Then they stuck the pieces together with Tensol cement (a solvent that fuses the plastics together). If you can cut the plastic accurately enough by some other means then you can use the tensol. I know this because we made these once at school.

i say what you could do is take a chain and take a hole puncher and you could punch some holes in it and link the chain to go threw the hole that's how i think you do it !!

looks like plastic- you could get some colored foam and make those. check out your local craft store- wander around and see what might work best.

I agree, you should buy some foam in the colors you want. Cut out the shapes and hot glue them to a template. Shouldn't be too hard!
