  1. Well my camera that I own does it for me and I get awesome pictures! It is a Canon PowerShot SD850 IS and it is totally worth it. I find Photoshop very expensive and not necessary. Mine works just fine and I love it. Also takes very clear pictures. You just go into a setting which is really easy to get to then you hold the left button down on the color setting you want and simply take the picture. Very Professional. Hope I helped!

  2. go to www.picnik.com

click "get started now!"  It may take a minute to load

click "upload photo" and upload a picture

It will then upload your picture

When it is finished, click the "Create" tab

Click "black and white" on the left

Then paint over the part you want colored

    Click "apply"

  3. The easiest way to do it in Photoshop is to desaturate the entire image (control+shift+u) then take the history brush and go over the part of the image that you want to remain in color and it will restore the color to that area.

  4. Using Photoshop, you would mask the area where you wish to retain your color.  Once that is done (and for best results you will pay attention to detail), you inverse the mask.  Then using the saturation levels you will remove the color.  Vwala.  Its really a very easy process if you get familiar with Photoshop.  You Tube is a great resource for tutorials.  Just type in Photoshop tutorials and a whole world of examples and how tos will be at your fingure tips.
