How do i make outlook express NOT my main carrier for email...?

im trying to reply to someone on Craigslist.com and i dont no how to respond

Outlook express has to open so you can respond to Craig's list.  It is trying to work.   When you try to respond the computer uses the default email program which is Outlook Express.  If you don't want Outlook Express to do this job you have to install another program to take it's place.

If you have another email program ready to go: click on "start" "control panel" "internet options" "programs" "e-mail"  then open the options and click on the email program you want to use.  Then make it the default email program and save the new setting.

How do you sign up?  What do you mean?
