anything that makes electric sparks makes ozone, like some motors, it's that electric smell.  ozone generators are use for pools as a replacement for chlorine

By a pack of "Instant Ozone" just add water, leave for 10 mins then throw upwards for maximum effect..

you will need to have a high voltage energy source that creates an electric field in the air around you, I'd recommend an ion generator. you will need capacitors,inductors,two graphite electrodes,two spark coils(or a power amplifyer or a power pulse modulator),resistors and a 12 volt battery(preferably rechargeable).

if you use a power pulse modulator rather than a power amplifyer you can salvage these from lamp dimmers or buy one for 30 euros. They are much easier to use but not as powerfull. I could even instruct you on how to make a power amplifyer but it would take too long.

assemble the ion generator as shown in the diagram:

in this schematic the keys '-HV' and 'GND' can be replaced with the connection to a power pulse modulator at 'GND' and a connection to the negative terminal to the 12volt battery at '-HV' with the positive terminal going into the other connection of the power pulse modulator.  the symbol 'R' can be replaced with an inductor to create an oscillating current(acts like a clock pendulum).

the two areas labelled 'input' can be connected to the + and - terminals respectively and the trigger can be used to adjust current flow from 0% to 100%. this will allow you to have a level of control over the circuit.

the electric arc going across the two electrodes is a plasma created by the high electric potential overcome across the air. the oxygen(O2) has become ionized into O- and O+ ions which join to form O3(ozone).this is a highly simplfied description.

a word of caution, ozone is poisonous to humans and this ion generator can amplify household electricity by at least 10 times the normal level. I advice you to make the connection to the modulator long. operate in a well ventilated room, do not use during lightning storms,keep away from children/pets/people with a low IQ.
