Go to allrecipes.com. Type in pancakes. You will get TONS of awesome recipes, almost all with reviews and pictures so you can decide which to make. Plus, they have a bunch of recipes for different flavors of pancakes. My personal favorite is their pumpkin pancakes:] And if you make the pumpkin pancakes make sure t make a sauteed and spiced apple recipe to put on top along with maple syrup. YUMMMMYYY:]

1 cup flour, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, pinch salt, 1 egg, 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 cup milk.

whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, add egg, oil and milk, mix till just blended. Add more milk if you like a thinner batter

I dont buy pancake mix anymore since finding this so here you go.

Pancake Mix

2 cups dry buttermilk

8 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

8 teaspoons baking powder

4 teaspoons baking soda

2 teaspoons salt

Pancakes

1 egg, beaten

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 cup water (or more as needed)

1 1/2 cups buttermilk pancake mix (see above)
