How do i make quotes like the ones on photobucket? (pic included)?

i want to make those fun text quotes but i dont know how?

if you know a program tell me how to use it also !

You could do this in something as simple as Paint (which you should have on your pc - I have no idea what Mac has if that's what you are on).

There will be a text tool there and you can type the quote you want and then save it as a picture.

Photoshop Elements is a nice program to have - its cheap and does the basics. Unless you are heavy into graphics/photos, regular Photoshop would be just to expensive.

If you do a Google search for free fonts, you can download some fun fonts to make your quotes with.
